 Volunteer Impact Portal (VIP)
WHY THIS CHANGE?
The VIP is a game-changer for ministry impact! Volunteers will receive clearer expectations, a robust onboarding process and structured training for better preparation and long-term involvement.
  • Aligns with our “FCA for Life” goal for long-term engagement
  • Strengthens safety and qualification standards
  • Improves tracking for FCA staff and support for active volunteers
  • Introduces a new category of non-ministry leading volunteer
Step-by-step Guide to the New VIP
  1. Click on the link provided by your FCA staff for your specific role 
  2. Create an FCA Account
    1. When creating your account, use the email you previously used for FCA University
  3.  After logging in, your specific role will appear
  4. Click “Select this role” and then Apply
  5. Click “Return to Dashboard”
  6. All next steps are found at the top of your Dashboard
  7. Update Personal Information / Picture
  8. References 
    1. Provide name & email address for 4 references
  9. Christian Community Statement
    1. Read/Review/Respond to the FCA 
    2. Go “Back to Dashboard” when completed
  10. Complete Spiritual Profile
    1. Go “Back to Dashboard” when completed
  11. Complete Waiver
    1. Adult Permission Waiver
    2. Anti-Hazing/Bullying Waiver
    3.  Youth Protection Waiver
    4. Image & Likeness Release Waiver
  12. Anticipate a follow-up conversation with your local FCA staff person
  13. If/when you are approved to serve in your specific role, then continue with the required training for that role.
